Malacate Jr

The Jr winch was designed to offer an alternative to common light-load hoists, as one of the characteristics of our products is robustness. Therefore, our solution is based on extensive experience in manufacturing higher capacity winches, and we have adapted many of the features of that equipment to lower capacity winches without losing quality.

Common hoists are characterized by being manufactured in one piece and having a part number for each of their components so that spare parts can only be obtained from the manufacturers. This is a troublesome practice for most users since the delivery time for spare parts is excessively long, forcing them to keep a considerable number of spare parts on hand for any unforeseen event. Unlike our equipment, which is designed with robustness and uses domestically sourced spare parts.

Having frequency converters in our equipment is one of the great advantages, with which we manage to reduce the speed, which is the first safety factor so that the friction discs are subsequently activated, performing the "parking" function, thus considerably increasing the life of the brakes.

When delivering the equipment, we provide the manufacturing drawings of the parts with the most wear, electrical diagrams, and technical description.
